No hidden catches. If something is missing — write to us. We usually reply within 2 hours on business days.
It's a launch promotion. Pick any plan on yearly billing and pay just 5% of the standard yearly price for the first 12 months. From year two, the standard price applies — you can cancel, continue or change plan whenever you want. No automatic hidden charges. The promotion is for the first subscription only.
Yes — that's the standard path. Same platform, same panel, same data. Migrating between plans takes a few minutes; client data and visit history move with you, nothing gets lost. You pay pro-rata from the date of the change.
Yours. Under GDPR, you're the data controller and Polooma is the data processor. You can export everything at any time — full database in JSON or CSV, no negotiations, no fees.
No commission on bookings. Online payments are processed by an external provider (Stripe / Adyen) at standard market rates — Polooma takes no margin from them. Your bill from us is just the fixed monthly subscription, plus optional API usage above your package allowance.
Solo and Studio: minutes — sign up, add your services, you're live. Network: 2 to 4 weeks if you're migrating data from a previous system. Platform: 6 to 12 weeks with a dedicated project plan.

Why Polooma exists.
Polooma started with frustration. Three developer friends — from Poland, Spain and Germany — had spent years building software for salon businesses across different companies. They kept seeing the same pattern: either a cheap booking widget that takes commission on every reservation, or an enterprise SaaS at €500 a month designed for networks that a one-person studio will never need.
After hundreds of conversations with salon owners across three countries, they built Polooma.
