Polooma is the product of three engineers who spent years inside the salon industry — building booking systems, marketplaces, and CRMs at companies that prioritized growth over the salons they served. We started Polooma to do it differently.
Why Polooma exists.
Polooma started with frustration. Three developer friends — from Poland, Spain and Germany — had spent years building software for salon businesses across different companies. They kept seeing the same pattern: either a cheap booking widget that takes commission on every reservation, or an enterprise SaaS at €500 a month designed for networks that a one-person studio will never need.
After hundreds of conversations with salon owners across three countries, they built Polooma. One platform that grows with the business — start solo at €19/month, grow into a network, eventually into a partner platform. No commission on bookings, ever. Three languages in the team, five in the product.
