    Polooma 1.0 — public launch

    First public release. Solo, Studio, Network plans live. Spanish (es) added as the 5th supported language. Open API in beta with REST + webhooks (GraphQL coming).

    Multi-location client database

    Networks can now share a single client database across all locations. Visit history, preferences and notes follow the client whichever salon they visit. Data scoping rules respect each location's GDPR consent settings.

    No-show prediction & deposit collection

    New deposit collection flow with Stripe and Adyen — request 20%, 50% or 100% upfront based on service or client risk. Risk score is auto-calculated from booking history; first-time clients and high-value services trigger deposit prompts automatically.

  4. Beta

    Closed beta with 12 partner salons

    Closed beta launched across DE / ES / PL with 12 partner salons. Booking engine, calendar, client database and SMS reminders battle-tested. Fixed 47 bugs — thanks to everyone who reported them.
